Seven days
The story opens in Marrakech's centuries-old Mellah, where the Slat el Azama Synagogue still stands active, then moves through a hands-on Moroccan cooking workshop and a sunset camel ride into the Agafay Desert. A day in the Atlas Mountains brings a home-hosted Berber lunch before the journey turns to Casablanca, the Museum of the Jews of Morocco, and a Shabbat spent with the local Jewish community.
Ten days
Everything in Discover Morocco, then onward to Fes by way of Meknes, where the restored Ibn Danan and El Fassiyin Synagogues and a still-active Jewish cemetery hold the memory of one of Sephardic Jewry's great centers. The journey closes back in Casablanca, with a farewell lunch at Umaya, a restaurant born from the Abraham Accords.
